Afrodita ¨La Reina del Palenke¨ se inicio en el año 2004 en la Ciudad de Mèxico,
el proyecto es conformado por Karin Burnett e Immanuel Miralda, Duo Dinàmico
de adoraciòn a la ¨Gran Madre¨ mejor conocida como La Virgen de Guadalupe,
Hècate, Tara, Diana, Coatlicue, Durga, Isis, Astarte, Xochipilli, Shejinah, Kali, Adi,
y todos sus demàs nombres y atributos.

Desde sus inicios siempre fueron un grupo extrovertido y eclèctico lleno de magia,
sorpresas y diversiòn en sus ya famosas Noches de Despiporre. Para ellos la mùsica
lo es todo, una hermosa Musa, una forma de vida y un gran medio de expresiòn
artìstica y espiritual.
Afrodita es una deidad Mìtica que tiene 3 piernas, una que pisa el pasado, otra que
pisa el presente y una tercera que pisa hacia el futuro, esto lo podemos ver reflejado
tanto en su mùsica baladesca, romàntica, tropilcal, elektrocumbianchera y
guapachosa como en sus vestuarios Griegos, Futuristas y Aztecas.

Afrodita ¨La Reina del Palenke¨ Started in the year 2004 in Mexico City, the project is

¨Great Mother¨ better known as The Virgin of Guadalupe, Hècate, Demeter, Diana,

and attributes.
From the beggining they have always being an eclectic and extroverted group  full of magic,
surprises and fun in their already famous Despiporre Nights.  For them the music is  all,
a beautiful Muse, a way of life and a great medium of  artistic and spiritual expression.
Afrodita is a mythical deity that has 3 legs, the first steps in to the past, the second steps
in to the present and a strange an beautiful third one,  steps toward the future,
all this we can be seen  reflected in their music: balads, romantic, tropical,
elektrocumbia and guapachoso style, also it can be seen in their customes like the
Greek wardrobes, Futuristic Period and finnaly this magical Aztec Time.
